Flourishing vino tourism, characterised by intimate and often private tastings, and the unique terroir of the Serranía de Ronda mean that discovering the delicious wines of this sub appellation is an absolute joy

With the highest vineyards in the entire DO Sierras de Málaga, the sub appellation Serranía de Ronda has low nocturnal and high diurnal temperatures. This, combined with the cooling influences of the Atlantic and Mediterranean and its limestone geology, creates the ideal conditions for slow ripening and increased acidity. Wine tastings and tours can easily be arranged and are very highly recommended.
